Project Description

The Mural title "The Sand Bar" was created in 2006 for a restaurant in Marlborough, where I also have murals still, though this one is no longer in existence. The owner asked me for a mural that would have something to do with fish, becuase this restaurant was a steak house, and he was trying to promote the seafood portion of his menu. the mural actually had to cross over a corner, but look perspectively as though it didnt. At the time I created this I was not as digitally savvy as I am now, and my digital photographs which I thought were of good quality are not the best. I have gone back and redone portions of this mural as illustrations. but ohter parts remain low res copies, and the only remaining trace of this fun peice of art.

What I Did?
researched each fish and created a cartoon version of them. I had a lot of fun on this mural, and built in some secret information people who worked there were sworn to keep secret!.
